Lincoln University New Zealand’s only land-based university and the smallest has boosted its performance in the Times Higher Education rankings for 2022, placing in the 501-600 band in the global rankings, and ranking 5th equal in New Zealand. The University increased its scores in all five categories, including an increase in citation scores reflecting the number of times the University’s academic research is acknowledged or cited by other researchers globally. Research, teaching, industry income categories also featured increased scores, while the international outlook measure remains the strongest indicator, currently ranked 28th globally
